Member Spotlight: Eriawan Kusumawardhono

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Eriawan Kusumawardhono is a polyglot software engineer and enterprise software architect with deep expertise in .NET, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio. A long-time Microsoft MVP (for more than 10 years), Eriawan is passionate about strengthening the .NET open-source ecosystem and actively contributes to Microsoft’s .NET repositories on GitHub.
Professionally, he serves as Software Development Manager at Avanade Indonesia, and he is also the CTO of RX Communica, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to providing training on SDLC, .NET, and Azure DevOps for colleges and universities across Indonesia.
Eriawan is the author of F# High Performance, published by Packt, and has been volunteering with the .NET Foundation since 2022—helping review and guide open-source project submissions, offering feedback, and fostering stronger collaboration between Microsoft and the .NET OSS community.
When he’s not coding or mentoring, you can find him exploring Jakarta’s culinary scene with his wife on the weekends.
