Any active member can run for a board seat.

Nomination Form Open: August 1–15
Committee & Executive Review Period: August 16–31
Announce Slate of Candidates & Campaigning: September 1–30
Voting Period: October 1–25
Announcement of New Board Members: November 15
New Board Term Begins: January 1, 2026

Some of the questions from your nomination submission will be shared publicly to inform voting members.
You will be asked to provide answers to a set of questions. Answers can be written, or preferably, via a 2-3 minute long video.
